Oct 12, 2015. The following email just arrived:

I'm John Charles Coan's great, great granddaughter - my gran was Lillian - and I thought I'd just drop an email to you to let you know that she died not so long ago aged 105; I thought it might be a little bit significant considering she was the last direct offspring of any of the miners. Also I like the site you've made, very informative.

Yours sincerely, Sarah C. Brown

Lillian died Feb 8, 2015.
